Down Whimsy Way

Each Down Whimsy Way package is individually curated and prepared with surprise items Β especially for you. Because every order is made on a personalised, made-to-order basis, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

UK & EU Customers

Under UK and EU consumer law, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to personalised or custom-made items. As all Down Whimsy Way packages are individually curated for each customer, cancellations and returns for change of mind are not accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All our mystery scoop boxes are packed with love and care. Delicate items will be carefully wrapped in protective packaging so that your parcel will arrive in the best condition. On occasion breakages may happen unfortunately. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue via email atΒ hello@downwhimsyway.comΒ Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement of the item or one of similar nature depending on stock.

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, via email at hello@downwhimsyway.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.Β 

Additional Information

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Items must be unused and unaltered when reporting an issue
  • Refunds (where approved) will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
