🍄 A Little Note About Preferences

Have a favourite colour, a particular style you adore, or something you’d rather avoid?

You’re very welcome to leave your preferences in the notes at checkout, and I’ll do my best to accommodate them wherever possible.

However, please remember that Whimsy Winter is a mystery experience. Specific items cannot be requested or guaranteed, as the surprise is part of the magic!

🎁 Sending a Little Winter Magic as a Gift?

Whimsy Winter makes a lovely surprise for someone who adores all things cosy, whimsical and magical.

If you’re purchasing a box as a gift, please let me know in the notes at checkout, along with the recipient’s name, so I can personalise the little card included in their parcel.

🎥 A Note About Filming

I absolutely love sharing the magic of your mystery boxes through my packing videos, and I’ll endeavour to film as many orders as possible. Please add your TikTok handle in the notes in case you are chosen.

However, as we enter the busy Christmas period, it may not always be possible to film every box.

Please know that whether your order is filmed or not, every single box receives the same love, care and attention. ❤️

🎄 A Little Christmas Patience, Please!

Christmas is a wonderfully magical time Down Whimsy Way, but it’s also a very busy one!

I’ll be working as quickly as my little hands allow to prepare, pack and send your orders.

Unfortunately, unlike Santa, I don’t have a workshop full of elves helping me — just two hands, a lot of love and a little bit of whimsy! 🧝♂️✨

Your patience and kindness during this busy season mean the world to me.
