Each Down Whimsy Way package is individually curated and prepared especially for you. Please allow time for your order to be thoughtfully put together before dispatch.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days
- During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on location and the service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
UK Shipping
- Orders are shipped using a tracked service where possible
- Delivery times are usually 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on your chosen postage service.
EU & International Shipping
- International delivery times vary by destination
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, however we recommend contacting the shipping provider with your tracking number as they will be able to assist you better.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
All our packages are packed with love and care, and checked before shipping. Unfortunately damages can occur from time to time during the shipping process.
