A little Note from the Key Keeper
If you have any requests or little notes about your order, please pop them into the Order Notes box at checkout rather than sending an email.
During especially busy times, emails can sometimes get buried, but your checkout notes stay safely with your order, making it much easier for me to see them while I'm packing your box. If I don't spot an email until after your parcel has been packed, sadly there's very little I can do.
I always do my very best to accommodate requests where I can, and I genuinely love making each mystery scoop feel special. However, as Down Whimsy Way is a mystery scoop shop, I can't promise only premium or higher-value items while leaving out the smaller treasures. Every scoop is thoughtfully curated to create a balanced and magical unboxing experience, with a delightful mix of whimsical finds waiting to be discovered.
